Content planning
A monthly content calendar - topics, formats and dates set in advance, no last-minute scrambling for ideas.
How it works
If every morning starts with "what do we post today?" - that's a sign content is happening at random: posts go out irregularly, some weeks nothing gets published at all, other times rushed, weak material fills the gap. Audiences notice this too, since an inconsistent page feels less trustworthy.
Especially useful for businesses where several people work on content together (designer, copywriter, owner) - when everyone looks at the same plan, it's clear who needs to prepare what and when, and "who was supposed to do this" confusion disappears.
When building a content plan we first set monthly theme blocks - say, one day a week about the product, another about customers, another educational content. Then for each post we set the format (Reels, carousel, static), the date, and the goal (inform, sell, connect). This also lets us plan around holidays and campaign dates ahead of time.
The plan isn't a rigid schedule - it can be adjusted during the month based on real results (which format performs better), but the core structure stays in place so the team always knows what to prepare and when.
This service works as a full package with SMM copywriting and community management - the plan, the copy and the audience connection are parts of one system. Read more on how to build a content calendar in our article.
Frequently asked questions
Standard is a 1-month plan, since that timeframe allows adjustments based on real results. On request we can also add a quarterly (3-month) overall direction.
Of course - the plan isn't applied without your sign-off. After the first draft we make edits based on your feedback, and if bigger changes are needed mid-month, we discuss those too.
